Support coordinators assist you to identify and engage support services to deliver the items listed in your NDIS plan in the most effective way. At Allied Priority Care we take a flexible approach to support coordination to help you make sense of the NDIS and deliver the supports that best take care of your individual needs. With us you have plenty of choice and control when it comes to your plan and how it is delivered.
Specialist support coordinators can make recommendations about support services for participants who have more complex needs. Our fully qualified team understands these high level needs and will ensure the right fit with your support workers to ensure you get the best care. We also have specialists who work with trauma affected youth in residential care.
The NDIS provides funding and support for children under 7 through its Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach. If you have a child with developmental delay or disability, Allied Priority Care not only provides support, but also helps you access the care you need through a customised plan.
We have experience in trauma and trauma recovery and have specialists who work with both adults and youth. Our recovery coaches have the relevant qualifications, expertise and empathy in mental health to provide support for NDIS participants living with mental illness. If you are plan managed or self-managed and are living with mental health issues, we can help you.
With us, your needs are well-understood and you can receive care of the highest quality, informed by years of expertise and up-to-date knowledge.
Our team is multilingual and we welcome people of all backgrounds and cultures because we want everyone to have a fair chance at receiving disability support.
We’re big on Choice and Control and allow you maximum flexibility in choosing the right plan and supports that work for you.
Our specialist team has particular experience with trauma-affected youth in residential care, delivering support the way you need it, when you need it.
